Head tubes do not pop off TODAYS carbon frames like a weld failure on TODAYS aluminum frame. The thing is, carbon is an evolving technology that continues to improve the furthur it gets developed and applied. But all you carbon haters are right, we as an industry should not attempt to evolve and push limits.
